Really good guys for doing the hair, but the front desk receptionist is a disaster! Any excuse to charge me more, even though I’m their regular customer!!! Never welcoming never offering a drink , I’ve even been attacked by her before saying that I didn’t pay previous visit. I literally had to show her proof of the receipt. This kind of behavior should be illegal in Dubai. It’s sooooo HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PEOPLE. I hope this message can go to a manager to the dial a nail in downtown. At 8 boulevard walk tower.!!

The hair service by the team is amazing. However the nails need improving and the prices need to reflect dubai mall or the building. Higher prices than Wow salon Dubai mall.

Sako has been my hairdresser for over 2 years, and he is truly the most amazing and professional hair artist I have ever come across. Outstanding experience starting from the warm welcoming at the reception to the treatment room , the hygiene is to perfection. The therapist in charge of Moroccan bath Mrs Jamila was really good and meticulous witch is really rare. Am so glad i found this gem it made me feel am in a niche spa in Morocco Thank you for this beautiful experience. See you soon again. Keep it up .

Excellent manicure and pedicure, especially the treatment of the feet is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the hostess of the salon Amalia is magical. I was completely delighted. They also gave me nail files, it's very nice 🌺

Kader and Salem were truly amazing — warm, funny, and full of great energy. I loved their personalities and felt completely at ease with them. They made me laugh, cared for me with so much attention, and left me feeling genuinely pampered and uplifted. It was a beautiful experience, and I walked out feeling wonderful.
