Absolutely know your in the right hands as soon as you have the consultation with karlie, she knows excatly what she is doing at a high level of experience, consultation done and great advise given on what areas to hit and what she can do, botox app made me feel very comfortable and no pain your shown the product and told about the product. Wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found karlie her experience is second to none xx

Had a demaplaning facial and lash lift and tint today with Lou. Everything was amazing, Lou is fantastic at what she does. She explained the process and offered lots of advice throughout the appointment. My skin feels so radiant and soft and my lashes are perfect! The Pink Room itself is easy to find, plenty of parking and everyone who works there is so welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Went to see Emma for a consultation after a couple of bad experiences. She was lovely taking time to ask me question’s and actually taking the time to explain which procedure’s she thought I’d be better with. Hayley is first class in her expertise, my skin, eyelashes, brows and nails have never looked so good since I started going to this amazing lady. I use to suffer with rosacea which is now almost a thing in the past, if I have a flare up Hayley is always on hand with advice and the right products. The salon always smells Devine and the coffee is first class. I would 100% recommend this salon.
