Heather was fantastic! My facial was incredibly relaxing, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

Shani at La Bella Beauty is really knowledgeable and so I ask her to recommend which treatment I get each month depending on my skin concerns. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I’ve never felt so relaxed during a treatment.
