only went for a patch test so far as my appointment is on wednesday, however i felt so comfortable. the salon was so peaceful and calming and i felt really at ease, she answered all questions i had. looking forward to my appointment on wednesday!! x

Had a demaplaning facial and lash lift and tint today with Lou. Everything was amazing, Lou is fantastic at what she does. She explained the process and offered lots of advice throughout the appointment. My skin feels so radiant and soft and my lashes are perfect! The Pink Room itself is easy to find, plenty of parking and everyone who works there is so welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Had my nails done by the lovely Atina. She managed to fit me in despite being very busy. So nice to have staff that are familiar. Atina is so professional and kind. Got treading done by Dee who was also very through and gentle. I can not praise these girls enough. Thank you team x

Had such a lovely time with Meggan. I have been stressed recently and the facial was such a luxurious experience. I felt so relaxed after it and almost fell asleep during treatment it was that soothing. Will deffo be back soon!

Had a facial with Gemma and really enjoyed the whole experience. She took the time to ask what I was looking for and recommended the right treatment based on my skin and preferences. My skin felt fresh and well looked after afterwards. She made the whole thing feel relaxing and personal.

Used Karlie before for facial and Botox, always very gentle and I’m an absolute mard with injections and she really takes her time with me and reassures me!! Can’t wait to see the results this time! Amazing results last time!

The facial was completely personalised with a full consultation on my skin type. Charlotte was absolutely lovely and made me feel really at home. The salon is made to be extremely relaxing. The back tickles and sensations completely relaxed me and is great that something like this is offered instead of a conventional back massage which may not be as therapeutic and calming. Would highly recommend

i recently had my facial done here, so i reached Emma out on insta, she responded timely and guided me through what i actually needed for my skin, Her being an expert i chose what she asked me to do and i am just so happy with the results.Helped me manage the Appointment timing as well.She have been very friendly throughout the facial and calmed me down during the stubborn milia extraction.
