Absolutely know your in the right hands as soon as you have the consultation with karlie, she knows excatly what she is doing at a high level of experience, consultation done and great advise given on what areas to hit and what she can do, botox app made me feel very comfortable and no pain your shown the product and told about the product. Wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found karlie her experience is second to none xx

Had a demaplaning facial and lash lift and tint today with Lou. Everything was amazing, Lou is fantastic at what she does. She explained the process and offered lots of advice throughout the appointment. My skin feels so radiant and soft and my lashes are perfect! The Pink Room itself is easy to find, plenty of parking and everyone who works there is so welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Went to see Emma for a consultation after a couple of bad experiences. She was lovely taking time to ask me question’s and actually taking the time to explain which procedure’s she thought I’d be better with. Had a facial with Gemma and really enjoyed the whole experience. She took the time to ask what I was looking for and recommended the right treatment based on my skin and preferences. My skin felt fresh and well looked after afterwards. She made the whole thing feel relaxing and personal.

I’ve been coming to Sarah for a few weeks now after suffering for years with poor skin and with my acne slowly starting to return over the last few months I needed some help. Right from my initial consultation she’s been amazing. I’ve had a course of Microdermabrasion & Light therapy and wow what a difference it has made!
