Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Reshma is the best. The level of quality of her treatments, advices and after care are some of the best I’ve tried in London. She’s always professional with all the up to date technology, make you feel super comfortable and is sooo kind. Since last year RB Clinic became my absolute go to place when I need any facial or body treatment to be done !

From start to finish I was comfortable and at ease. Kevin is incredibly professional and respectful. He goes out of his way to ensure your experience is relaxing and effective, asking consent and permission, explaining what he is doing and why, requesting feedback from you as the client, and tailoring all aspects of the consultation to you. I cannot recommend enough - each time I leave feeling like I’m floating and for the first time in a very long time I am seeing progress! Thank you!

I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless and the nurse checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. After the session I genuinely felt more energized and hydrated Thank you

Chiaki has been my amazing and talented hairdresser for years. Her sense of style is always cutting-edge — fashionable yet perfectly suited to me. She takes time to think about what really works for each person. Even as an experienced professional, she keeps refining her colouring and cutting skills, showing true passion and dedication. Chiaki is also very friendly and such a lovely person. She has a great sense of humour and makes you feel totally at ease, even on your first visit.
