Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

Zulu Bonita is the most delightful hair salon from it’s charmingly quaint exterior and with extra touches and beautiful décor throughout. For a start, you get such a warm welcome, it’s like stepping into a friend’s house. Mbali has been my hairdresser for a few years and from starting with a discussion where she really listens to what you want, gives advice on any questions you have, to the finished product she does it all with impeccable expertise. I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless and the nurse checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. After the session I genuinely felt more energized and hydrated Thank you

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Just moved to London and had to find a new hairdresser after 14 years with the same girl at home. I was a bit apprehensive but not disappointed. Lovely salon, amazing relaxed atmosphere, didn’t feel rushed, had really nice chats with Lauren. Even met Mr Darcy ❤️. Would definitely recommend!

Naya is one of the best stylists and colourist in London! She honestly is a jack of all trades, her cuts are amazing and so chic and fun she completely sees your vision and actually exceeds your expectations! I had a lovely consultation today with Dr Hen. She had spent time prior to the appointment reading the information on my pre-appointment form so it felt great to know she was already very prepared. Dr Hen was friendly, knowledgeable and I’m looking forward to putting her plan into action!

He goes out of his way to ensure your experience is relaxing and effective, asking consent and permission, explaining what he is doing and why, requesting feedback from you as the client, and tailoring all aspects of the consultation to you.
