I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

I had a consultation for my under-eye area and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly honest and advised that I didn't need under-eye filler, which really showed her integrity and expertise. She discussed other options without any pressure and genuinely wanted the best result for me. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Meena (owner and main aesthetician of Lana Aesthetic London) is AMAZING! She’s very attentive and gave me all the time I needed to understand what my face required. The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.

Beautiful Meena was thorough in our video consultation, and was suprised with treatment suggestion. She wants to improve the skin from within before even starting on injectables, as in the end less may be required. This is very refreshing to hear, as in my experience practitioners just go in for the kill! Meena cares ❤️
