I have tried many beauty therapists over the last few years and always left disappointed with the quality of the service until I met Sam for the first time yesterday. Her attentiveness to ensure I was happy with the results but also warmth were the perfect combination. She also has a wealth of experience and conveniently offers evening appointments so I'll definitely be coming back and already recommended her to one of my friends.

Sam gave me ,hands down, the best waxing experience I have ever had in my life. From the professionalism to the attention to detail in every step of the way, she made me feel at ease and extremely comfortable. I took my Mum here to get her nails and toenails done for her birthday, and got myself a mani/pedi myself. The staff were warm and polite, the decor was lovely, and Mum was very pleased with the results. As was I! Will definitely be coming back in a few months for another Mani/pedi, and will be bringing my sister too! Thank you for an excellent experience x

The atmosphere is peaceful and meditative, the heated massage table unbelievably comfortable and Agnes's hands simply work magic seamlessly. Went for a facial (deep cleanse) and massage, got a most relaxing back, leg and head massage as well as a wonderful facial treatment with lovingly yet subtly scented products, warm towels and all pampering gestures one would expect, and beyond! Thank you Agnes, will return!
