I had another amazing experience getting BIAB nails with detailed nail art here! The quality of the BIAB is incredible—my nails feel super strong. What really stood out was the nail art. The attention to detail is next level, and the designs were done so precisely—they genuinely look like tiny works of art. Mittal is friendly, patient, and clearly very talented. She always makes me feel understood and my nails look better than I could have imagined 😍 Everything was clean, professional, and relaxing as always.

Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were beautiful and welcoming, offering water, sweets, and coffee, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Every step was explained clearly, making me feel relaxed and confident. My hair looks stunning, healthy, and beyond my expectations. A friend recommended 13 Roses Salon, and it truly exceeded everything I hoped for. Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Carmen always does an exceptional job. Having tried a number of nail salons in London there is just no comparison. She is professional, her instruments are immaculate and everyone always asks me where I got my nails done. Cannot reccomend enough

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been doing my nails with Giulia since ages now and every time she goes far and beyond. She is a perfectionist, very high detailed and professional. She is always up to any request! My nails look healthy, clean and super fancy. She offers a 5star-luxury manicure (I tried many places in London before, so I know what I’m talking about), I can’t be more happy! 🤩

I had a wonderful 1st experience getting my nails done by Carmen. Her home nail salon is so comfy and nicely decorated, the process was quick, smooth and relaxing. She is so skilled at what she does. I got the creative nail art with biab. It’s my first time getting biab and so far it feels comfortable on my nails and is lasting a good amount of time. Definitely would recommend and book again, to try some other nail art ideas.
