Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Susan is so friendly and welcoming, she made me feel at ease. Before my massage she did a small consultation so she could focus on areas which I felt needed attention, the massage was lovely releasing my knots and also a relaxing experience.

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Lauren is honestly a skin genius! Having acne prone and problematic adult skin, I’ve only ever really trusted myself with skin research and finding what products to use… but nothing worked that actually had long lasting results. From my very first consultation with Lauren to now getting regular skin treatments (plus the odd lash lift - also amazing!), as well as FREE home skincare advice and product recommendations whenever I reach out to her, Lauren has truly understood my skin and given me incredible results that I have never before experienced! I really can’t recommend her enough 😍👏🏽

Really lovely experience, Lilly was really welcoming and we had a nice chat as I was eased into the treatment and then when she began it was lovely and calming. She was really attentive to what I consider to be my "problem areas" with the facial and I really appreciate that! Always a joy and looking forward to returning soon :)

After a poor laser experience elsewhere, I was hesitant to try again. From the experience of my consultation to my first session, I knew I was in good hands. Sophia was professional, honest, and made me feel so comfortable throughout. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and did everything to make the treatment as pain free as possible. I'm so happy I found this clinic, Sophia is an asset to the team, and I finally feel confident I'm on the right track to real results.
