Today was my first appointment with Rachael, right from the start I felt comfortable and at ease especially as I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted us to achieve. To say I’m happy with how my hair turned out is an understatement! I can’t wait to get back into the Three Curls Hair Salon, thanks again!! 🩷🩷

This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

Polite, informative and puts you at ease .answering any of your questions. And given advice about skin care. thoroughly enjoyable treatment .didn't feel rushed i enjoyed it so much ive booked for a diffrent treatment which will help me feel and look better ,carnt wait to see Lauren again such a lovely person🩷

Lauren takes the time to explain what will happen, possible side effects & takes time to put you at ease. I feel completely relaxed & safe in her care & drive from the other side of Leicestershire to see her!. My skin feels amazing, thank you almost as good as my lips 🤩

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I’ve been seeing Matt for treatment on an ankle that has been swollen and painful for over 10 years, and I’m so pleased to already be noticing improvements. Matt is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explains my exercises clearly, so I always know what I need to do between sessions. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist.

I had my first microneedling facial with Chiara two days ago, and it certainly didn’t disappoint! I was a little nervous beforehand, as I thought the needles might be painful, but I honestly didn’t feel a thing. Chiara talked me through every step of the treatment, made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and explained all the aftercare thoroughly. She really put me at ease from start to finish. Even after just one session, my skin already looks healthier, brighter, and more refreshed. I’ve already booked my second appointment and can’t wait to see the results continue!
