I went in for lymphatic drainage massage (lower) and 5 mins cryo post MCR half marathon. Came out feeling absolutely brand new. Cannot recommend enough.

We were in Manchester dancing for the week and went twice! It was amazing! The cryotherapy really helped with recovery and the staff were so helpful! Highly recommend!

Went for a Body Ballancer treatment and got the opportunity to try cryotherapy. Loved both. Staff were lovely and helpful. Got a complimentary drink for during the treatment, and there is a TV with Netflix so you won’t get bored. The cryo was awesome. I like being cold and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Felt great afterwards. Booked more treatments mainly to get rid of the bloat after breast reduction surgery and because I just love the cold! 🥶 You can choose the music for cryo and have a boogie if you want to. The packages are good value, if you plan on having more than one treatment.

An absolute must for both mind and body. The infrared sauna combined with cryotherapy is a truly rejuvenating experience. And the endorphin boost from the chamber is the icing on the cake. Thank you Karen for being so warm, welcoming and informative xx

My first cryotherapy session – and I loved it! This was my first time trying cryotherapy, and it honestly went above and beyond what I expected. The space had such a calm, uplifting vibe, and the team were super friendly and attentive — they really took the time to explain everything and make me feel at ease. Afterwards I felt so refreshed, clear-headed, and full of energy. Such a cool (literally!) experience — I’ll definitely be back.

Had the most amazing experience at Cryo Revive, SUCH a friendly warm welcome and talk through all the services. I personally did the infrared sauna and cryo chamber and it was great to actually learn about all the benefits before doing it. Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

Extremely great experience would 100% go again as walked out feeling a million dollars after three great treatments and a sauna and lovely shower to finish off . Highly recommend it .
