What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

This was my first time trying some of the therapies so I was a little nervous initially. Karen put my mind at ease with her knowledge, expertise and reassurance. I was then so relaxed and at ease and I especially loved the cryotherapy, I felt absolutely amazing after I’d left. My body felt lighter from the Body Balancer, my skin was glowing after the Dermalux treatment and the sauna was super chilled and I enjoyed watching Netflix as well - what a great bonus! I can highly recommend Cryo Revive and if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular customer.

First time ever getting lip filler- and Callum was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive when explaining the process, aftercare and the initial evaluation! He answered all of my questions, and really put my mind at ease about the whole process. After the treatment I was worried about some of the swelling, and he invited me in the very next day to help calm any concerns I had! I’m now left with gorgeous, natural looking lips- that’s given me such a confidence boost! I couldn’t recommend him more!

I went for the muscle toning and fat reduction treatment and I couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome, the ladies were really friendly and talked me through the treatment, addressing any concerns I had. I expected that the electrical pulses would be painful but I wouldn’t even call it uncomfortable- it’s just a weird sensation (like an extreme version of having a muscle spasm). I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Thriyv or this treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

Great equipment, very clean, efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend the infrared sauna and cryro therapy. Feeling very refreshed with the aches and pains away for a while hopefully.
