It was my first time at this place, and overall, I had a good experience. The space was clean and nice, which I really appreciated. However, it felt more like a straightforward appointment rather than a relaxation experience. The room was quite bright, the therapist’s hands were a bit cold, and there were no little extras like tea afterwards. The massage itself was nice, especially the head part, but hands and feet were barely included — just a quick pat with a towel.

I received a gift card for Mesa and decided to try it today. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I chose the Mesa Self-Care Experience, which included an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and a 60-minute massage. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very kind as well.

It should be illegal at how GOOD this place is ! Highly recommend the sauna, cold plunge and massage package. Absolutely divine and the studio itself is the most beautiful calm and serene space to relax in.

Saskia is a wonderful masseuse. So professional and gets to all the areas on my body that need attention. She is also a great listener which makes for a very therapeutic session and will also pick up on the fact that sometimes you want silence too. very intuitive and excellent at her craft...my shoulders feel so much better for her attention to detail.
