First time having a gel manicure with Amelia, she was professional and very friendly. As I couldn’t decide on a colour she recommended a beautiful deep purple which looks fantastic! I was so happy with my nails I have rebooked next month for a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter has also booked to have a manicure with Amelia after seeing how great my nails look. What a lovely lady. We had a really indepth conversation about having hair extensions pro's /con's etc. Went ahead and got them put it. Best thing I ever did I love them and because of Ellie really taking the time to help me the colour match was brilliant. Great price, fantastic service Great location

My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! my first time sat in a salon chair in 10+ years. I suffer with really bad anxiety and bipolar and I have to say all the girls where friendly in salon. amie fitted my extension, and talked me through it step by step, she was really calming and an overall loverly person. Louise is an amazing beauty therapist who I can’t recommend enough. She’s incredibly skilled and always helps me choose the perfect nail colour. She really knows me and even plans ahead for my future beauty needs. She’s also such a great listener—I often offload during appointments and leave feeling so much lighter. Louise genuinely cares and always makes me feel like a valued client. I couldn’t look this good without her!

I just went in for a trim but Shanté made my hair look like it had a full make over even my colour looked refreshed! She makes you feel very welcome and has lots of useful advice I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone in search for a professional and friendly hair experience!
