First time having a gel manicure with Amelia, she was professional and very friendly. As I couldn’t decide on a colour she recommended a beautiful deep purple which looks fantastic! I was so happy with my nails I have rebooked next month for a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter has also booked to have a manicure with Amelia after seeing how great my nails look. My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! Louise is an amazing beauty therapist who I can’t recommend enough. She’s incredibly skilled and always helps me choose the perfect nail colour. She really knows me and even plans ahead for my future beauty needs. She’s also such a great listener—I often offload during appointments and leave feeling so much lighter. I just went in for a trim but Shanté made my hair look like it had a full make over even my colour looked refreshed! She makes you feel very welcome and has lots of useful advice I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone in search for a professional and friendly hair experience!

Great colour and cut by Cerys. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a great creamy blonde to take away the brassier yellow tones in my hair. A fab cut too with feathery face framing layers. Really pleased with the results!
