Absolutely love L.E.V hair and beauty i go for my nails eyebrows and hair wouldn't trust anyone else now. I have beening going there since the shop opened. They do a fantastic job on all the things I get done can't recommend them enough. Best place in leicester the team there have become family to me.

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . I had a wash, cut, and blow dry with Megan at Hairnova and had a great experience. Megan was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to what I wanted. She did a fantastic job with my cut, and the blow dry left my hair looking and feeling amazing. I'm really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Megan and the team at Hairnova 🥰

Malcolm has cut my hair for some time now. Whilst ive been to other salons, what you get with Malolm is someone who really cuts your hair how it needs to be cut - is realistic about how your hair will suit a particular style but who also pushes me out of my comfort zone. Im a 50+ year old ex-goth/punk who has experienced hairdressers cutting my hair as if im old & past-it - Malcolm is totally different. I also see Jo & Malcolm colouring, styling and curling hair that to me has a more conventional style - but which looks equally beautiful. Ive never witnessed an unhappy client. Top Salon!

Excellent Service from Matt I recently visited Gould Barbers Leicester and had a fantastic experience. Matt is a great barber who cut my hair very well with skill and precision. What really stood out was his friendly personality—he's a genuinely personable guy who kept the conversation flowing throughout, making the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. He balanced quality barbering with genuine warmth, never rushing the job. If you're looking for a skilled, friendly barber in Leicester, I'd highly recommend Matt at Gould Barbers. I had a wash cut and blow-dry with Neesey today. I've previously had a lot of bad experiences with hairdressers and was really nervous with my new years resolution to start going to hairdressers again. Neesey was absolutely amazing explaining every step of what she was doing and why and made me feel a lot less nervous. I plan on coming back in 8 weeks time and getting rid of my fobia of hairsalons which was made easier by my experience today. Thanks Neesey 🙂

Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Jodie did yet another fantastic job! She did a wash, cut and blow dry for me and not only did the style look amazing, but the colour she had done previously is still soooo beautiful. She really made my hair look dreamy! Highly recommend her!
