A stylist building set in an idyllic part of Leicester that doesn't fail to deliver high quality styles while maintaining a friendly, all-welcome attitude. There is a stylist for everyone of all ages. Been using them for the past 8 years and would never look anywhere else.

I booked my mum in with Teigan at Seats for her first professional cut, style, and blow dry in over six years, and the experience was exceptional. Teigan listened carefully, offered thoughtful advice, and transformed my mum’s hair into something radiant, healthy, and perfectly suited to her. My mum left feeling beautiful, confident, and proud—she even took some selfies and updated her Facebook profile photo! It was so incredible to see my mum shine again. I’m truly so grateful for Teigan’s warmth and skill, and my mum can’t wait for her next visit 🩷

Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
