It was my first time at Nuvida and it was such a great experience. Jun was my stylist and he was meticulous, friendly, and very professional. I love how he cut and styled my hair — the blowout was perfect too. I was initially skeptical about hair salons in Vancouver, but Nuvida has definitely become my favorite. I’m happy to say I’ll be coming back! ✨

I absolutely love the haircuts I get every single time. I totally trust Khashi with my style. I just ask him to do what he thinks suits me best, and he nails it every time. The shop has a great vibe too, with such a tasteful and well-designed space, something you don’t see often in Vancouver.

I had a root touch-up and haircut with Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Summer recommended a layered cut, and I’m so glad I trusted her advice. She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

I had a good experience as my first haircut in Vancouver! The owner personally did my cut who paid attention to detail. Price is slightly high but overall it was a friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone who is struggling to find a decent barber in West end area 🤗

I live in Langley, but I make a point of traveling to Vancouver to go to this salon. The place is very cozy and the service is wonderful. Lívia, in particular, is exceptional, and she always brings my self-esteem back. I highly recommend it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stef is an absolute gem. Her space is so cool — a cozy little she-cave tucked inside a wild Yaletown labyrinth of creative, inspiring spaces. It feels private, calm, and effortlessly stylish the moment you walk in. The highlights are perfect — natural, luminous, and exactly what I was hoping for — and the haircut is clean, flattering, and easy to live in. Stef really listens and has that rare combo of strong technical skill and great aesthetic intuition. If you want beautiful hair in a relaxed, soulful space (and to leave feeling genuinely taken care of), I highly recommend her.
