Sophia (or at least I think her name was Sophia) at the salon is an absolute expert when it comes to scalp massages and shampoos. Her massages are perfectly balanced—not too soft, not too strong—delivering just the right amount of pressure for a fantastic experience. Meanwhile, Eden performed a meticulous haircut that matched the reference photo with astonishing precision. He worked within the given conditions to create a style that suited me best while staying true to the photo. I had a root touch-up and haircut with Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Summer recommended a layered cut, and I’m so glad I trusted her advice. She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

Khashy is the best. He has great attention to detail and can cut all hair types and styles. It took me a couple of years of trial and error to find him after moving to Vancouver. And i would have to say that with all my years of getting cuts, he's definitely in the top 1%.
