La Lucia is the best hair salon in Vancouver! The entire team is friendly, the salon is spotless, and they only use high-quality products. My hairstylist is Andy, and I’ve had several haircuts with him — he’s professional, detail-oriented, and truly a perfectionist. I’ve never once regretted getting my hair done by him.

This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

I love my new hair style (straight+digital wave). Thanks to Andy for recommended this new hair style to me. He is very skilled and detailed for the work. Although my original hair is very dry but he did the nice curl without damaging my hair. Strongly recommend him.

Kyla styled my hair exactly what I wanted to look like. She is good at looking after my damaged hair. She also taught me how to style at home. Don’t forget to drink completely Korean coffee too!!

I got a men’s haircut with Kelly and it was a great experience! She gave me feedback on my face shape and styles before the cut. During the cut, she had good attention to detail and was gentle with my hair. The hair washing was relaxing too. I’m happy with the outcome of the cut, it was the style I hoped for! Overall would come back and would recommend to others

It was my first time getting my hair styled by Lucy, and it was a lovely experience. She took the time to talk with me about what I wanted for my new style and offered her suggestions. Throughout the appointment, she was calm, gentle, and attentive. Lucy also shared helpful tips on how to style and care for my hair at home. It was a very pleasant visit, and I’m really happy with the result.

It was my first time at La Lucia. I never know what to do with my hair and at some point it always gets too long and unmanageable. Jenna gave me some suggestions on how she would cut it and it was great! Really liked the attention to detail and relaxing hair wash. Miles better than what I usually get and will definitely come back. Really happy with the style.

I went to Kayla for a haircut after a recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. She took the time to explain what she was planning to do and made sure I was comfortable with the changes before starting. She also gave me simple, realistic tips on how to style it at home, which I really appreciated. I was especially unsure about getting bangs, but she reassured me and customized them to suit my face. They turned out better than I expected, and the overall cut feels fresh and easy to manage. On top of that, she’s easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and comfortable.

Had a bangs cut with a Director. She was unbelievably detailed and patient trimming my straight bangs, checking and rechecking to ensure balance. My hair was a bit thin around the temples so I was concerned about the "gap" when I have my hair up. So she recommended some face-framing pieces to hide it. Turned out super cute! Not only that, but she gave further advice on how I can wear and style the new cut. Will definitely be back in 1.5 months for another trim!

My hands are in the best hands when I'm with Leah! I love her attention to detail and how she makes every visit feel like a catch up session. She always makes sure I leave happy with my nails done perfectly in my eyes and makes me feel comfortable to express if there's anything to be fixed throughout the visit. She gives honest feedback which I appreciate knowing it's her expertise - for example, if a certain nail shape better suits my hand. She remembers the colours and styles I usually go for. The retention is amazing- 5+weeks without discoloration or chipping. Highly recommend seeing Leah!

Anne did a great job with my hair highlights. She took time to listen to what i wanted and gave options on what she can do with my hair. Very attentive for 4 straight hours. And gave great tips on how to make sure i can keep my hair color stay pretty.
