Anna was incredible from the beginning. She heard exactly what I wanted. From the colour, to the finished look. She set my expectations perfectly, and was so professional and friendly. I dropped into the salon without an appointment it was my first time going there and the receptionist/booking agent for the salon was very helpful very professional I was very happy to have had Hiba as my stylist the service was amazing. I will definitely be going back to see her on a regular basis, and in terms of what she did for me, it was washed dry and flat iron, and I thought the price was fair and reasonable, allowing me to look forward into the future and Booker on regular opportunities. Thank you.

We had a great experience with this salon's customer service! During our first visit for my daughter's haircut, she wasn't happy with the result and was quite upset at home. However, the salon's 1-week free adjustment policy made all the difference. We booked a second appointment, and the staff took the time to listen and communicate thoroughly. The second haircut turned out wonderfully, and my daughter is so happy now. Highly recommend them for their accountability and great service!
