Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

They took the time to do a thorough consultation, listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered a flawless cut, colour and style.
