Excellent. Curly hair can be tricky and I dread having it cut because I never feel really happy. Ebony listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked for. She clearly understood curly hair and gave me the best cut and style. She used just the right amount of product and dried it perfectly. For once I didn’t look in the mirror and think “it’ll look fine once I’ve styled it myself”. Really pleased with the result and the service. Thank you, I shall be back!

Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

I had never been to this salon before but was really pleasantly surprised. I had Laura this afternoon and she was incredible. She tidied up my hair and took a lot of the weight out. My hair looks very glossy now. Would highly recommend this salon.

I had a treatment, cut and blowdry carried out by Sam. She was very pleasant and made me feel at ease straight away. She did my hair just as I asked for and I couldn't be happier. I can recommend her without hesitation. Thank you Sam

It was great and staff were friendly, however I think next time I will request for a blowout to help ease with frizziness on my hair as I know my hair can be smooth for blow dry and as for hair wash, I might ask for a bit more thorough wash, don’t afraid to be rough and get stuck in! 😂
