Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Really amazing service from start to finish. Diane is really friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. My hair turned out soft and moisturised, following colouring my grey hair— great attention to detail and excellent advice throughout. I’m so happy with the result. Highly recommend! I will be back.
