Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Been a reg client for about 4 months now recently I had a injury (plantar fasciitis) and what a difference Paige as made to my recovery ( red light therapy, cupping , acupuncture and message spread across the sessions )Paige knowledge is another level and explains everything regarding after care away from lumi healing . Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about.
