Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Great experience, went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder and overall tightness in my back Lewis was a great help, gave me loads of info on what was up and performed 2 treatments which have left me feeling brand new again. Can’t recommend Route 1 & Lewis enough. Cheers.

I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Wow! Exactly what I have been looking for since my 2 sprained ankles 3 years ago! Sne was amazing, painful yes! But a nice much needed kind of painful. Eased my pain and discomfort already after 1 session, actually happy for my next appointment, as I know I am finally getting somewhere after being fobbed off over the years. Thank you 😊

I've been in a lot of pain for a long time following a serious injury. I thought I was stuck with medication for life.. Jordanne give me options on how she could help ease the pain and explained fully how the process would work. It was my first time trying these type of holistic methods and i couldnt have picked a better place to start my healing process, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck. If I have any further issues in the future I know where to come. All round 5 star Service.

Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

I had a deep tissue massage booked in with sne. I expected a weak massage with no outcome. However, sne fixed my nerve pain in my arm which I had been experiencing for over a year. She powered through the deep tissue massage and applied the cups to all areas of pain leaving me content with the results. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to everyone.
