"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

I booked in with Paige to receive acupuncture to help my fertility. I was going through ivf & after looking into it thought it would be worth a shot. Never disappoints! I've just had another Not a Facial facial. AMAZING! Not a traditional massage more of a wonderful workout for your facial muscles and lymphatic drainage. Also incorporates head, neck and shoulder area. You come out floating on a cloud and knowing your face has just had an amazing treat

More progress!! 2nd visit for me and Paige suggested some slight variations to help…..she really knows her stuff guys! Cupping with red light feels great! I’ve been following the stretching programme, and can now really start to see the benefit in my ROM/form in the gym, even after such a short period of time. I got told off for not drinking enough water, so going to focus on that now…..I’m making no promises!! Haha. But all joking aside, she took the time to explain in detail why it’s so important if I want to get the most from our sessions. Get in touch, you won’t be disappointed!!

1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . Absolutely great This is Not a Facial facial! Very different from your average facial and so relaxing. It is a comprehensive treatment for head, neck and face. Thoroughly recommend.
