I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.

I have had a few sessions with Andrea now including acupuncture and massage. I can’t recommend Andrea enough, the moment you walk through the door, I instantly felt relaxed and Andrea really takes the time to understand what I needed and guided me with her expertise also. The treatment itself was wonderful and so relaxing. It so much more than just a treatment, it’s an experience. Thanks so much, I can’t wait to book in again.

A warm welcome awaited . The private clinic is a slice of heavenly peace ; gorgeous finishing touches in the room , and wonderful smells . Now for the treatment - OH MY GOODNESS : Andrea is really professional, the facial was tailor made - with incredible products that felt and smelt beautiful . I could feel the stress melt away as Andrea did a deep cleanse , before a deep massage - and then I was asleep . There was no rush to get changed as you are the only client in her private space . If you are in need of a bit of TLC ; I would absolutely recommend .

1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . Amazing session as always. I can now come every 5-6 weeks instead of 4 as the lower back pain I’ve suffered from for years has is finally being kept at bay for longer with these maintenance sessions. Paige is great and explains everything throughout.

The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

This was the first time Hakan has treated me and I already immediately want to book back in. I have never had reflexology like it. Hakan truly listen to the issues I had and worked with my injury too. It was not just the most relaxing treatment I have had but equally felt like it instantly helped my injury to my toe too. Paige is an amazing acupuncturist—she’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how everything works and what you’re feeling during the treatment. She creates such a calming, comfortable environment that I usually end up falling asleep! I felt the benefits immediately, and this is now my second session with her. I’ve also had other treatments, including a lymphatic massage post-op, and the results were incredible. Highly recommend!
