I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Skin Envy Laser and Aesthetics Ltd. I visited for laser treatments (arms, half legs, and Hollywood area). The atmosphere was warm and friendly. It made me feel comfortable, which is especially important for someone who has just begun their laser journey. I can compare this place with others, and I can confidently say that the laser used during the session is of very good quality as I noticed a significant difference in my hair growth. Well spent money 😊

I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant experience! From the moment I arrived, the practitioner was warm, professional and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean, modern and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. My practitioner was incredibly skilled, gentle and explained everything clearly. I was worried about pain but it was totally manageable! I’m already seeing amazing results and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality laser treatments!

Excellent customer service, great communication on WhatsApp and best assessment and finally best sports treatment service you can ever get. Your wbidy will be reset from many years of overuse and injury. If you are in Pain then go see Fares at Clinic 31 to get your physio done with him. Very polite and friendly you gonna enjoy the session.

I had my B12 injection today and was really pleased with the service. She was very friendly and took the time to explain what the B12 injection is for, how it works, and how it could help me. I felt comfortable and well informed throughout the appointment. The whole experience was positive, and I appreciated the friendly chat and professional approach. Great session! Isaac is super professional, will talk through and make sure the pressure isn't painful, and explain as he went. He made sure to take the time to know my needs and where I needed the most attention, he listened and was attuned to all non verbal queues of pain or discomfort and adjusted accordingly, kept me informed of why certain parts hurt more than others and showed me exercises before I left for continuous improvement. Would definitely recommend!

It was a very good session. Fares was highly professional, he first took the time to understand my pain before starting the treatment. I suffer from sciatica nerve pain, and the stretching and massage he performed really helped relieve it. He also suggested a few exercises for me to do at home. I felt very comfortable throughout the session with him. Although I am still a bit sore from the massage, I do feel that it has helped.

Valentina was fantastic. Professional, understanding and informative. Highly recommend! She read my consultation form in detail ahead of the session and discussed my body clearly and concisely with me before, during and after the massage. As well as relieving some back pain for me, Valentina also gave me a variety of pointers to go out and use in day to day life including exercises, approaches to form and things to remember which all came from a place of someone who gave the impression they genuinely cared about me and my body and the problems I've been having. 10/10 :)

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!
