Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

I visited Hygge Corner & Everlong Flotation Therapy for my first ever float today and it exceeded every expectation. The environment is immaculate, beautifully designed and instantly soothing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process effortless. The flotation session itself was incredibly restorative — a deep, peaceful relaxation that I’ve never experienced before. I came out feeling rebalanced both mentally and physically. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommended!

After going through Covid-19 for 2 weeks my body and mind felt drained so I had a session cranialsacral therapy with Crystal and it’s made me feel so much better. I often book in for pick me ups when I’m feeling physically or mentally tired and it does a world of wonder, I highly recommend this service to everyone!

I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Absolutely the best experience all the way around!! I truly cannot say enough about how special this place is… If I could come every week or more I would- and it’s so budget friendly that it’s actually possible to do so! This hidden gem is the full package for massage, pampering, stretching, “chiropractic” therapy, mental/emotional/physical health, I could seriously just go on and on and on with praise! Meesa has helped me out physically, by providing acupuncture, suction cup therapy and occasional massage. She helps to realign my spiritual being with my mind. She helps to recenter essence to my body. She provides counselling and offering advice and a different perspective to aid in reaching a decision. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. Great experience! First time doing float therapy, felt very relaxed after! Owners were very welcoming, you can tell they care down to the little things like a hair brush after your shower, ear plugs, water, shampoo and conditioner.

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I had an excellent experience at Pious Therapy Centre. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean and very professional. I booked a Balinese massage, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Mimi, my therapist, was absolutely fantastic — highly skilled, attentive and very intuitive. She knew exactly how to work on my neck, shoulders and upper back, where I carry a lot of tension from long hours sitting. This was my first massage experience in Dubai, and it couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended. I will 100% be coming back.

We had a wonderful experience at Revive southsea. Being parents to a 1.5 year old has definitely be tiring at times so having a morning to just relax and unwind was exactly what we needed. We went for the package which includes red light therapy, hydromassage and floatation tank. Each of these treatments relaxed us however I personally found the hydromassage the best. The floatation tank was an amazing experience but I think to truly relax I would need to do it a couple of times. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful morning.

My second float therapy with Mederi Wellness. A totally different experience this time. It was transcendental and astral. Absolutely incredible. Colours were present in my minds eye. I’m very grateful to Hannah for providing this safe space for people who want to heal from trauma and improve their physical health. My pain in certain areas of my body has eased. This is my go-to physical therapy location! The receptionists are friendly and efficient, the office is well maintained, and the acupuncturists and massage therapists really get to know your specific pain points.

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.

I had the aromatherapy and hot bamboo massage . After a super stressful week I saw the angel ray sign and realised what I needed was some self care . My massage targeted my problem areas I left feeling lighter not just physically And will certainly be booking in for another . Massive thanks Anne-Marie 🙏 xx

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Laura (due to a cancellation) after I'd injured my back at work. I left after my treatment 30mins later feeling and walking so much better than I had been when I walked in. Not only was I given the physical therapy I needed but the information and exercises i was given to do at home was also incredibly beneficial. I would highly recommend using Teesdale Physiotherapy,should the need arise.

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

Kristin’s Korean Acupuncture continues to provide great results for me. It helps me enjoy a much improved life , both physically and mentally. It helps manage my daily aches and pains, and most importantly my facial spasms have lessened. I have no doubt they will diminish completely as I continue my weekly therapy. Thanks so much Kristin.
