Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! A return visit after such a successful first appointment. I had some specific areas of tightness in my lower back, legs & feet from sport which Rich worked absolute wonders on. He gave some fantastic advice & stretch exercises. Highly recommended *****

Great session with Sabin brother - explained everything clearly. Gave me a brief and concise initial assessment, followed by a thorough sports massage/cupping therapy procedure.
