Such a great experience for my two daughters and myself. They both suffer with asthma and the salt therapy really helps. A great area to play for kids and movies to entertain them also.

I recently competed NLP Timeline Therapy program with Delia. It was a journey that on more than one occasion was very difficult. Delia's support, patience and guidance through the process is outstanding. It is hard to put into words just how grateful I am to have found Nore Therapies. Delia is a beautiful human being. She is compassionate and caring which shines through in her dedication to her work. I highly recommend Delia and the NLP Timeline Therapy program, a tough journey but worth every step of the way.

The whole experience was excellent, from start to finish. Adina has great knowledge & explained the process to me. The rooms are gorgeous, so relaxing, I felt a big improvement & ease on my chest after just 2 sessions. I've booked a course, my breathing is clearer & I'm loving the 45 mins of me time. We have the salt air machine at home too for my daughter, she suffers with chronic rhinitis, finding great relief with it. I highly recommend salt therapy.

Having taking my first salt Therapy I didn't know what to expect, I need not have worried, from the moment I entered I was greated by a lovely lady.. Sorry I did not catch her name,but she was very professional and I really enjoyed my session and I feel it has done me some good I shall be back 😊

My first visit, certainly the health benefits of salt therapy are well explained, owner is very friendly and informed. The room is relaxing, so here's hoping my sinuses improve! I'm definitely coming back for more.

Fantastic experience. Went in with a very bad pain in my lower pain and a very tense body overall. The session was pleasant, very professional and friendly and ended up without pain and very relaxed. Overall, a great mood lifting therapy. 100% recommended.
