Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Lucy has been doing my brows for 10 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Today I was booked in for a dermaplaning treatment and the whole experience was 10/10. Lucy made me feel so relaxed and the treatment itself was amazing - cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Luce!

Perfect way to start the weekend! Visited today for the second time for two treatments; red light therapy full body and the infra red sauna. Both were great, can already feel the difference in my body with less aches and niggles. Leah welcomed me with a great smile when I arrived, was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The centre was once again spotlessly clean, with lovely extras available such as robe, slippers and refreshments. Thanks for a great start to my Friday!

Absolutely amazing morning here! Tried all 4 treatments- hyperbaric oxygen, red light whole body, dry sauna and the dreaded cold plunge!!! What a fab place and the staff were very supportive and welcoming. First class 1:1 treatment here. Well worth it!!! Will go back 100%.

Lucy did such a great job of getting the stiffness and knots out of my really tight back, neck and shoulders. She is by far the best at deep tissue massage that I've ever experienced. Her salon room has a lovely ambience too. Would highly recommend!

I had a great massage with Lucy and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was professional and attentive, and really took the time to understand what I needed. I’ve been to Lily before and can honestly say that she has always been very professional and yet relaxed and very engaging. The treatment room was very clean and modern. Really enjoyed my visit. Lily is very easy to get on with. I would definitely recommend her and I will be using her again.

Always arrive for my well needed pamper session feeling "battered ", but leave feeling revived, calm and relaxed. Its a monthly high light i look forward to.
