I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Amazing results at SereneBody Studio.Just after my first session I had seen great results, my skin feels firmer, immediate reduction of water retention and I feel more energetic and healthy. I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

Great experience and treatments today. Nice clean salon and easy free parking for Romford! All explained really well and questions answered. Feel really good within myself and my legs appeared different and the cellulite seemed reduced! I'll be booking back and to try the other machines - Thank you!

This was my second time going to Bleu Beauty and i've had great expereince both time, the staff are so friendly and chatty and welcoming. They do a great job on tidy up my eyebrows without any problems and the atmosohere in the salon is so relaxing and looks great. I've already recommended my mum and friends to go and they love this place too :)

Got my lips done by this lovely lady with my mum earlier and we both love the results and are unbelievably happy, on top of that the lady was so friendly and welcoming talked us through everything and was just a honestly just a lovely person to chat to we ended up talking for ages about life ect by the time we had our lips done we was fully relaxed and ready , was giving little cute aftercare bags , would 100% recommend and will definitely go back ❤️

I was not sure what to expect from these machines, but I'm impressed. The Body Roll is a proper deep massage, and the Pressotherapy suit is actually really relaxing—felt like a total body reset. I actually felt the difference in my mobility and the sore muscle after this session. Will be back soon!

I had a great experience with the arms sculpting and legs cellulite smoothing treatment. I was really pleased with the service and the information I received throughout the appointment.
