Lottie’s warm smile and beautiful energy made this experience a million times better than it already was. In this day and age, it is so rare to encounter someone who truly exudes warmth and kindness. The one-hour facial with Lottie was honestly one of the best I have ever received anywhere—it was absolutely out of this world. It has been so long since I’ve been able to just let go and let someone actually take care of me. This treatment is something I’ll never forget, and my skin is feeling radiant. Thank you, Lottie, for being the legendary gem that you are!

Kayla is amazing, my skin has improved so much since my first facial in January. She understands my skin and what’s best for it. For the first time in my adult life I feel on top of my acne, and her advice has helped me create healthier lifestyle habits too. Always love having a natter during my monthly treatments and I always leave feeling relaxed!

I had the most wonderful facial with Kayla yesterday. She was very welcoming on arrival. We sat and spoke about my skin goals, my current regime and discussed everything that could help to improve my skin. Kayla was so knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for improving stress levels and diet advice. The facial itself was so relaxing and the products Kayla used made my skin feel wonderful and left it glowing. I will definitely be booking in with Kayla again!
