Always a relaxing, satisfying experience

I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we both left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our locs have never looked better—defined, healthy, and full of life! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend PBK Beauty Spa for anyone looking to treat their hair!

Staff are attentive, hospitable and gentle. It was my first visit and I felt pampered. My favorite was the no gravity chair and the sauna, but I recommend that you get the full works. They will see me again

I had a wonderful experience at the Spa. She was very accommodating and professional. From the online health form to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I even booked for my boyfriend to feel as relaxed and catered to. Will definitely be back.

Karma Spa was beyond relaxing. I booked a couples service with my wife and we both raved about how we felt afterwards. I practically felt drunk afterwards, it was that relaxing. This was all before I started sipping my rum punches by the way. Would absolutely recommend!!!

I had the express facial and the classic pedicure. My therapist Kia was professional in her attitude and performance of her tasks. The spa's ambience and selection of music played was quite relaxing. I thorougly enjoyed the whole experience.

Sabrina & the team are exceptional. The vibe of the spa is so serene & relaxing… from the music, to the aroma, to the hot towel to wipe your hands. I’ve been coming for years & will continue because it keeps getting better!

I always enjoy my time in the spa. I usually leave feeling really relaxed and with a few laughs as well. Melissa did a fantastic job as usual...I haven't really stopped looking at my nails since I left the spa.
