10/10. I almost want to gatekeeper this place. That’s how satisfied I felt. I truly was not expecting how welcoming, warm, accommodating and skilled both Marissa and the rest of the staff were. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality. If you book at this spa be sure to request Marissa, she is absolutely lovely and extremely attentive to your needs. Will be returning and recommending to my family and friends.

This cozy spa was serene and immediately calming. The massage struck the perfect balance between relaxing and firm just where it was needed. Rhenea’s voice was incredibly soothing, she was warm yet professional, recommending next steps & home helps. I was so grateful for the opportunity after the service to get up at my own pace. She even offered me tea! It was a simple gesture but it said “I see you as a person, not just a booking; you can truly relax here.” I highly recommend this knowledgeable, talented young woman and her team!

Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. Beautiful spa with lovely waiting room and stunning lagoon pool for lounging when finished. Rosanna was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling throughout my prenatal massage and was very gentle. The Elemis Superfood facial with Ashley was amazing too! She was very thorough and all of the products smelled amazing. I would definitely return and recommend AquaSpa to others. Amazing experience, thank you!

Cozy and comfortable space!

I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we both left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our locs have never looked better—defined, healthy, and full of life! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend PBK Beauty Spa for anyone looking to treat their hair!

My experience was fantastic. The spa facility Is clean and calming, the staff are all very friendly. Sanaaz was my massage therapist and gave me the best 1.5 hour aromatherapy massage and mini facial. I Highly recommend Shanti Serenity Spa and Sanaaz to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day and massage.
