I always have a good experience with Nancy that it’s difficult for me going elsewhere. I showed her a BIAB nail design I wanted while forgetting to tell her that I wanted it in a different color. She has already applied the first coat when I mentioned, that wasn’t the color I wanted. Without hesitation, she gladly wiped it off and applied my desired color.
