It is CONSISTENTLY a great service at the NailLab! I highly recommend NailLab for your England standard manicure, especially if you’re very particular about your nails. I highly recommend Charisma if you like to experience with shape, colours, gems and intricate designs and Mike for a sharp clean PERFECT manicure each time. This establishment offers a truly relaxing atmosphere for a much-needed haircut. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service from start to finish. What a serene space. The music and scent was too relaxing, fought to stay awake while doing my nails. Mr Ralph was great and the receptionist Joycelyn very pleasant and patient. My only thing is that it’ll be great to have nail colour swatches or displays for customers to pick from because the colours from the bottle is usually different. Also it’ll be nice to have more pastel gel colour options to choose from. Great place either way, I’d love to be back

Ken did a fantastic job on my nails and I came early and he was more than happy to take me. However, I would like to bring the following to your attention. One of the ladies had just finished giving a pedicure to a man and after he left she did not properly clean the tub that holds the water. No disinfectant was used, she just sprayed water and used a dirty/used towel to wipe it down. Is this standard practice?

Exceptional service. Been coming here for 5 years this November and have introduced more than 5 people to the brand and have at least 5 people who use them as their personal salon now. My hair is long, full, and healthy. The difference from 2019 to now is enormous. I literally sing their praises everywhere😅😅 genes can only take you so far without a proper care regimen

I had a really good experience. I tend to shy away from acrylics because of the way some nail techs handle them but there was no discomfort at any point during my appointment. The nails done were so affordable and worth it, will definitely be back soon!
