Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

I had a massage with Jessica at J&J’s Massage Therapy yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. She has such great technique, especially with the shoulder, neck, and head massage — I could feel all the tension just melt away. The space itself was lovely — clean, fresh, and really inviting, with relaxing music, perfect lighting, and the temperature just right. Jessica made me feel completely comfortable and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend her!

I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Meesa has helped me out physically, by providing acupuncture, suction cup therapy and occasional massage. She helps to realign my spiritual being with my mind. She helps to recenter essence to my body. She provides counselling and offering advice and a different perspective to aid in reaching a decision. Meesa is an intelligent, resourceful person who is there to help, but is never insistent, allowing you to make your own choices of action.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I would recommend Ouroboros to anyone and everyone. I originally reached out on a local FB group about myofacial therapists. Kristina replied and recommended her business. I asked if she could do a quick phone consult and she was more than willing. It was a delight talking with her as I struggle with PTSD. I wanted to make sure we were a good fit before making the leap into yet another therapy. I've been going twice a week for the last three weeks now and I'm so glad. My second float therapy with Mederi Wellness. A totally different experience this time. It was transcendental and astral. Absolutely incredible. Colours were present in my minds eye. I’m very grateful to Hannah for providing this safe space for people who want to heal from trauma and improve their physical health. My pain in certain areas of my body has eased. I’m sleeping even better now. I look forward to my third float therapy. Im also looking into trying therapies here too. Thank you so much. What happened to me today was incredible.

This is my go-to physical therapy location! The receptionists are friendly and efficient, the office is well maintained, and the acupuncturists and massage therapists really get to know your specific pain points.

I went to Dynamic physical therapy to my second session with DRs Marianne it was super and i will recommend her for any one who is having a stiff problems.

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.

I had the aromatherapy and hot bamboo massage . After a super stressful week I saw the angel ray sign and realised what I needed was some self care . My massage targeted my problem areas I left feeling lighter not just physically And will certainly be booking in for another . Massive thanks Anne-Marie 🙏 xx

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Laura (due to a cancellation) after I'd injured my back at work. I left after my treatment 30mins later feeling and walking so much better than I had been when I walked in. Not only was I given the physical therapy I needed but the information and exercises i was given to do at home was also incredibly beneficial. I would highly recommend using Teesdale Physiotherapy,should the need arise.

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

Kristin’s Korean Acupuncture continues to provide great results for me. It helps me enjoy a much improved life , both physically and mentally. It helps manage my daily aches and pains, and most importantly my facial spasms have lessened. I have no doubt they will diminish completely as I continue my weekly therapy. Thanks so much Kristin.
