This was my first energy healing experience. WOW! Perfect timing, It was just what I needed. Very relaxing, it calmed my mind on a deeper level. Given that Iris is based in London and I am in Australia I was unsure that our times would align but to my surprise she was more than accommodating. Overall a great experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

I had second session today and it was another amazing experience for me! It was different to the first one; I had different feelings like some tingling in my stomach, warmth in my chest and lifting up in my body followed by total relaxation. I’ve was hearing some noise again but it was breaking up. In the end Eris told about few other health problems I have.

I was really feeling different sensations in my body like warmth and tingling in my legs. I was hearing some noise all the time and it was changing during my session so as my feelings in my body. After the session I felt a lot lighter. Eris told me after the session about my health problems which I suspected i had but could never discover with blood tests or scans done by professionals.

I had amazing improvement with my hip after QH session. I can not recommend Quantum healing enough. I couldn't walk one day I woke up with lots of pain and limping. RH is very effective and it saved the day. I walk pain free today. Thank you 🙏

With Iris i experienced a vision of an orb that of a soft pink colour that was pulsating with love energy and the centre of an orb was green within. I was drawn to this orb and as I was drawn I was Yeshua He showed me as a 1 year old child dressed in white dress, white socks and shoes Yeshua was holding my hands helping little steps forward What I felt from that is that he was showing me how to move forward with healing my pulled tendon In the knee. After my session with Iris which I felt ease and forward movement.in my leg.

I felt relaxed (I almost fell asleep, even though the session was in the morning, after a good night’s deep sleep). Iris explained to me that the energy continues to work over the following seven days, and I must say that after 3 days I have noticed an improvement in one of the physical symptoms the session focused on. I think it’s worth completing the full course of sessions recommended for a complete treatment.

Today I had my first online session with Iris because I needed help with long-term stress that had been causing persistent headaches and back pain. After the first session, I feel a great sense of relief. The pain has disappeared, and emotionally I feel better as well.

I had a really positive experience at Holistic Healing and Wellness. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which helped me relax straight away. The session was very insightful, and the practitioner was incredibly intuitive when it came to my energy and what would be most helpful for me. My session with Iris was amazing! I saw deep shades of blue and green and felt tingling all over my body. The energy work was so powerful, it even healed my left arm, which had been hurting before and we hadn’t even mentioned it at all prior the session. I personally had great results with RH. We have decided helping our dog with anxiety and some other issues she has been experiencing lately. She has responded so well with only 2 sessions with Iris. My experience with Iris was fantastic!! I could feel the energy around me, I could feel it working! She could pick up on areas of concern from me. At times i could love in my heart and tears of compassion welling up in me, which she explained was a release. i had many others during my sessions with her - feeling loved. this was my second session with Iris and it was an amazing experience. I felt alot of energy going from my crown and swirling throughout the body. It felt euphoric and a sense of complete well being. I felt bliss and presence through my whole body. I saw purple colors and felt warmth in the body. It was the same as awareness and being as when in a deeply meditative state. I booked another appointment for Quantum healing after nearly 5 months of being pain-free after my first quantum healing which was so powerful and resolved my hip pain fully. I was mobile, walked long distances and daily activities as normal, after nearly 5 months pain has returned. In the meantime, I have not taken Any medication or painkillers what so ever. This time pain has reduced significantly and I hope this will keep me going and surgery won’t be necessary. Which makes me very happy. Thank you.
