I felt relaxed (I almost fell asleep, even though the session was in the morning, after a good night’s deep sleep). Iris explained to me that the energy continues to work over the following seven days, and I must say that after 3 days I have noticed an improvement in one of the physical symptoms the session focused on. I think it’s worth completing the full course of sessions recommended for a complete treatment.

I went in feeling a bit tightly wound and a bit run down. Michal is a miracle worker!! It was so incredibly relaxing, I could physically feel my body unwind. An amazing re-set and I would highly recommend. I will be returning.

I personally had great results with RH. We have decided helping our dog with anxiety and some other issues she has been experiencing lately. She has responded so well with only 2 sessions with Iris. And seems so much more happier, most importantly way more relaxed in the outside world near other dogs. We can not thank you enough! Happy pet happy me. 🙏🐶

I was feeling pretty rough this week with seasonal cold. I have decided to have another session. So glad I did! This stuff really does wonders. I am back to work today only a day after my session. My cold is pretty much gone and I feel I am back to normal. Thank you.

It is obvious that Michael is very experienced and cares about his clients’ health and wellbeing. I’ve never before received such a precise and focused reflexology treatment. A day later and I can still feel my feet are warm from the increased blood flow as well as a more relaxed digestive system. Thank you Michael!

Excellent! A very helpful session with an experienced and thoughtful practitioner.

This was my first energy healing experience. WOW! Perfect timing, It was just what I needed. Very relaxing, it calmed my mind on a deeper level. Given that Iris is based in London and I am in Australia I was unsure that our times would align but to my surprise she was more than accommodating. Overall a great experience and I can’t recommend her enough!
