Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Second time going to Alice and I couldn’t be happier! She is incredibly professional, attentive, and really listens to what you want while giving honest advice. I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. Dr Shahin is an excellent doctor and a true professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I had a scalp and face PRF session and can already see noticeable results, my skin is brighter and clearer and there is new hair growth after just one session! The clinic is lovely and clean and the ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous. They answered all of my questions in detail and put together a treatment plan addressing all of my concerns. I had my first visit to an aesthetics clinic for my dark circles, and it was a really positive experience. The consultant was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Alice was very professional and knew what she was doing. I was a bit nervous with the Botox but she was very patient and took her time to explain everything. The results are amazing.
