The spa was exceptionally clean, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. I opted for the massage chair, which added to the full-body relaxation throughout my treatment. The scalp and head treatment was especially soothing—I was so relaxed that I drifted off into a wonderful, refreshing nap. It was the perfect escape, and I left feeling completely refreshed.

I've had several massages here and they're always very good. Appointments are easy to get and there's almost never a wait. If there is its very short. I haven't had a bad, or even a so so massage from any of the staff. I drive 20 min to get here, its worth it.

This was my first time in for a Thai Massage and it was fantastic!! I saw Pinky - she is a sweetest soft spoken tiny woman who works wonders with the pressure she is able to provide with the back walking!! I am just visiting from OOT but if I lived here I would come once a week! The prices are good and the massage room was quiet and relaxing!!

Yuki had strong but gentle hands, I felt really relaxed and really needed that today thank you! Massage room is in the back of the nail salon but the music playing drowns out any noise and the rooms are really relaxing. I highly recommend adding biofreeze to your massage too.

ZenSai is the absolute greatest spa ever!!! I went to Thailand and has incredible massages every day and still dreamed of ZenSai. This oasis is so unsuspecting, tucked away on the second floor of a strip mall. And then you walk inside and are greeted by the most wonderful, welcoming, calming staff. It smells like heaven, the sounds put you at ease. I usually see Anna or Patty but I have never, ever had a bad massage. I dream of a day where I can get a massage at ZenSai 2x a week. It's affordable. It's relaxing. It's rejuvenating! It's the best!!

She is kind, professional, highly experienced, and truly understands the body. My husband and I have been getting massages from Jackie once a week, and the results have been incredible. My neck and back feel so much lighter, and my husband, who has frozen shoulder, can lift his arm much more easily after each session. Today I tried the abdominal massage, and it helped relax my whole body even more. Honestly, I wanted to keep this place a secret, but Jackie is simply too talented not to recommend. Just a few sessions with her have given me more relief than two years of treatment at a pain clinic. She is truly the best massage therapist in the universe! :)

Amanda has been my go-to massage therapist for some time now. As she gets to know me better...so do her massages...every one gets better and better. Her "Falling Waters" location is a bit of a drive, but she provides a relaxing atmosphere and it is well worth the trip.

My husband and I booked 90-minute massages plus a one-hour foot reflexology session at Healing and Massage Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. He got the deep tissue massage and said the pressure was perfect — firm, thorough, and exactly what his tight muscles needed. I chose the Swedish massage, and it was so relaxing and smooth. I felt completely comfortable and stress-free the entire time. The foot reflexology was next-level. After being on our feet all the time, that extra hour focused just on our feet felt incredible.

I was in for a lymphatic massage, Samantha is amazing. The Aurora location was easy to find, clean and relaxing. Samantha made sure I was comfortable and explained the lymphatic massage process and event gave me some other options, squeezing in a few minutes to relax my lower back as well. I will definitely be scheduling my second appointment soon.
