This was hands down the best workout I've had in years! The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and creates such a motivating environment. The owner is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and clearly full of knowledge and experience. This was my fourth session with Tashi. Each one has been a positive experience with him coaching and encouraging me. This is high intensity, slow strength training for muscular strength, bone density, hypertrophy, improved range of motion, plus injury rehab and more. I already realize the benefits. I highly recommend Olga and her husband because they are fully knowledgeable trainer. Their facility is clean, and the workout machines are effective (my favorite is the stairs). My testimony is that I had foot surgery on 03/2021. I was depressed and gain lots of weight. I decided to find a trainer to help me with my journey of healthy eating and strength training. Through google search, I found this place. I am forever thankful because Olga accommodated and prioritized my limitation, but fully able to lose weight. She's kind and understanding.

These guys are probably some of the most knowledgeable in the game. JFLo and Mike are great at helping you pinpoint the cause of your aches and pains and not only do the soft tissue work to alleviate you, but they give you homework so you can continue the recovery between visits. I’ll always give them a 10/10

The owner was there and she was very informative and detail oriented which was helpful. Burned 800 calories in 30 minutes cardio. The 15minutr roller was very nice finnish of the workout. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Bryce for a while now. I enjoy the workouts and the education. Today he helped to find ways to modify exercises to make them more comfortable for an arm injury that I have. Alisa is one of the best massage therapists in town. I see her weekly and she has aided my recovery from Jiu Jitsu and strength training. She is a student of the body and is a lovely person too! Do yourself a favor and book with her… you won’t be disappointed!

Josh was great, definitely recommend. I had bad right knee pain and swelling from marathon training . After first session the pain was almost completely gone. Following his strength training recommendations, the pain is gone within a week. Looking forward to results from next session.
