Franson is awesome! He’s so professional and just an expert in body mechanics. In just two sessions I feel like a new person. Alisa is one of the best massage therapists in town. I see her weekly and she has aided my recovery from Jiu Jitsu and strength training. She is a student of the body and is a lovely person too! Do yourself a favor and book with her… you won’t be disappointed!

Adilia is amazing! She has a wonderful , welcoming spa. She is very nice and professional! I had a shoulder issue from weight training and I saw a shldr specialist &chiropractor ,and they were unable to help me recover. It did require multiple sessions, but I have regained full range of motion! Thank you Adilia!!

Josh was great, definitely recommend. I had bad right knee pain and swelling from marathon training . After first session the pain was almost completely gone. Following his strength training recommendations, the pain is gone within a week. Looking forward to results from next session.
