We experienced a few minor issues when requesting an appointment, but overall, the experience was superb. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled efficiently—they didn’t waste a single second. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed. Despite the initial booking hiccup, the excellent service and quality of the massage more than made up for it. We will definitely be booking again soon. PS.can you please put an option to add the number of client/customer per appointment or booking to prevent any misunderstanding in the future.

I really appreciate how accommodating their front desk and therapists are. The massage was great— so relaxing. There's no problem with my booking, unlike other spas. I somehow wish they would have lockers for us clients to safekeep our belongings while we relax. Overall, it was such a good experience, the ambience is so relaxing. Thank you so much! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an elegant foyer that sets the tone for the rest of the experience, the soft sound of the indoor waterfall creates an instantly calming atmosphere that melts your stress away. I opted for the Swedish massage and it was absolutely delightful. The massage therapists were incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to ensure the pressure was just right. I had a few areas of sunburn from earlier in the day, and they were so considerate, adjusting the technique to avoid any discomfort while still giving a deeply relaxing treatment.

Had a really good experience at Kass & Kaye Spa! The place is clean, relaxing, and smells nice right away. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to my massage therapist, ang galing niya! She was very attentive and consistent yung pressure, sakto lang and very relaxing. Ramdam mo na experienced and maalaga sa client. Definitely worth it for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good spa in Tarlac kaya dito na lang kami ng friends ko nagpapamassage. 💆‍♀️✨

Just had one of the most relaxing and satisfying massage experiences at Salia Wellness 💆‍♀️✨ From the moment I walked in, the ambiance already set the mood—calm, clean, and very welcoming. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and really knew how to target all my tension points. Every stroke felt intentional and therapeutic. I walked in stressed and left feeling completely refreshed, lighter, and recharged. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in a while! My therapist, Miss Sasha, was wonderful and took the time to explain the specific type of massage I chose, which I really appreciated. ​They are very punctual with appointments, so I highly recommend arriving on time. While they do accept walk-ins, it’s much better to book in advance via Fresha, Facebook Messenger, or by calling their posted number. Overall, a 5/5 experience. I'll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience with both the massage and pedicure! The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The massage was relaxing and tailored perfectly to my needs, and the pedicure was done with great care and precision.

This was my son’s first remedial massage, and it was amazing! Coach David made him feel comfortable the whole time, explained what he was doing, and focused on his specific needs. By the end, he felt more relaxed and had noticeable relief in his tense areas. Highly recommend!

Naya is such a great experience especially I'd like to compliment Anne for doing a great job. She's very polite, knows how to communicate by checking up on me if I like the pressure and not. Massage is very good, thorough, and hit the right spots. I recommend her if ever you go to this place. The spa is clean and has relaxing vibe. I like the ambiance. I think my only comment is, the bed is a bit creaky and loud that sometimes it's distracting. Overall, I had a very good experience with them and I'd definitely come back.

Such a lovely experience! I booked the spa so that our team can unwind, relax and have a great time- and we all definitely did. The spa staff took very good care of us- some of us were so relaxed during the massage sessions that we can hear them snoring and this will be a running joke for our team from here on- but definitely it's because of Yuan's great service.
