The massage completely transformed how my body felt, especially in my lower back and hamstrings in just one session, I felt an incredible difference. Josh was not only skilled but really took the time to assess the areas that needed attention. The pressure was perfect, firm enough to work through the knots. The pain I’d been dealing with for so long started to dissipate almost immediately, and I left the session feeling lighter and more flexible. After injuring my back I contacted Emma for her advice. She didn’t rush me into an appointment, and advised waiting until inflammation had settled. I’ve just had my second appointment and can’t recommend her enough, I really believe Emma’s primary concern is her clients well-being and there was no pressure to book in for future appointments, allowing me to see how I felt first. The studio is warm and relaxing, having been a little sceptical previously, I am most definitely a convert and can’t thank Emma enough.
