Cell is so lovely and knowledgeable. Love our little chats throughout the massage. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and concentrates on the post op areas that require the most attention. I don't think I could have done this recovery without her. Xx

Fantastic experience from start to end! Helen was very knowledgeable ands gave great, honest advice. I had cranial/facial reflexology but had never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. I absolutely loved it 🥰 The setting was serene and relaxing, the treatment was slow yet therapeutic and it felt so good! I felt refreshed, relaxed and revived when I came out and will definitely be going again! Thank you Helen 🥰

Had a few treatments with Sophie now and she is always very professional and listens to what you would like done. She has a gentle touch and will chat away with you and make you feel relaxed. Would highly recommend her services.

Another great sports massage by Josh, while also trying dry cupping. Really achy and sore quads and hamstrings following Hyrox race and Josh recommended the relevant treatment which was completed professionally and friendly. I feel so much better for it.

The massage completely transformed how my body felt, especially in my lower back and hamstrings in just one session, I felt an incredible difference. Josh was not only skilled but really took the time to assess the areas that needed attention. The pressure was perfect, firm enough to work through the knots. The pain I’d been dealing with for so long started to dissipate almost immediately, and I left the session feeling lighter and more flexible.
