Another great sports massage by Josh, while also trying dry cupping. Really achy and sore quads and hamstrings following Hyrox race and Josh recommended the relevant treatment which was completed professionally and friendly. I feel so much better for it.

I am extremely happy with my experience. My massage therapist is such a lovely, kind and friendly person, and she makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed during every appointment. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and she is incredibly helpful and caring throughout my post-operative recovery. The massage completely transformed how my body felt, especially in my lower back and hamstrings in just one session, I felt an incredible difference. Josh was not only skilled but really took the time to assess the areas that needed attention. The pressure was perfect, firm enough to work through the knots.
